Full immersion! High school and ESO students kick off the new academic year in English

First-year Bachillerato and ESO students are starting the school year with absolute language immersion projects alongside native teachers. This hands-on experience boosts their learning and shapes their future.

The new school year is off to a flying start thanks to our cultural and language immersion weeks. Our 1st-year Bachillerato students set the ball rolling with "English Connection Week" and their project «The Road Ahead». This initiative encourages them to discover their true calling and prepare for the professional world, culminating in a mock job interview. Meanwhile, 1st-year ESO students are taking part in the «Mass Media» project this week, tackling a major dilemma: do they control the media, or does the media control them?

Both projects run full-time throughout the school day with native speakers. The main goal is to help students lose their fear of speaking and hone their fluency naturally. Through collaborative dynamics, we encourage them to unlock their full potential and take the reins of their own learning. They gain core skills such as critical thinking, public speaking, and teamwork—all vital in today's global environment.
